1. Meal Plan Validity

To ensure optimal nutritional results and maintain food standards, all meal plan subscriptions carry a strict validity window:

• 26-Day Meal Plan Validity: The standard 26-Day Meal Plan must be completed within 40 days from your official subscription starting date.
• Expiry: Any unused meal days remaining after this 40-day validity period will automatically expire and cannot be extended, refunded, or carried forward under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We process cancellation requests with the following strict parameters:

• Cutoff Deadline: Cancellation requests submitted after 5 days from your plan starting date will not be accepted.
• Deductions & Fees: Approved cancellations will be processed with the following deductions:
  • A 2% corporate service fee will be deducted from the total initial payment amount.
  • The absolute value of all meals already prepared or consumed will be deducted at their standalone retail value.
• Refunds: The remaining balance, after the above deductions are calculated, will be refunded directly to your original payment method.

3. Pause / Skip Policy

We prepare all ingredients fresh to coordinate precisely with client metrics. Therefore, scheduling changes must respect the following rules:

Any skip or pause request received after 1:00 AM will not be processed. Consequently, the scheduled delivery will proceed, and the day will be officially considered consumed and billed.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Diet Lab UAE coordinates with premium local logistics courier networks. In the rare event that any damage, leakage, or major packaging compromise occurs during transit, Diet Lab UAE will replace the affected meal accordingly at no extra charge to the customer.

5. Delivery Timing & Variables

While Diet Lab always aims to maintain our scheduled morning, mid-day, or night delivery slots, slight delays may occasionally occur due to variables beyond our direct control:

• Unfavorable traffic or major road congestion conditions.
• Severe local weather conditions.
• Unforeseen operational or courier-network circumstances.

6. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide highly accurate, complete delivery coordinates (including gate passes, flat/villa numbers, road coordinates, and active local phone numbers). Diet Lab will not be held responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or spoiled food caused by incorrect or incomplete coordinates.

7. Meal Plan Transfer Policy

All subscribed packages and meal profiles are strictly **non-transferable** and may only be consumed by the single registered client unless prior written authorization is granted by Diet Lab Management.

8. Menu Substitutions & Adjustments

To guarantee ingredient freshness and cope with local agricultural availability:

• Diet Lab reserves the right to make minor menu ingredient substitutions whenever certain organic supplies are unavailable.
• Any replacements will maintain equivalent macronutrient values, quality levels, and meal prep standards.

9. Health & Dietary Responsibility

Diet Lab is a healthy lifestyle facilitator but does not replace professional medical advice. Customers must declare and inform Diet Lab about any of the following parameters before starting their plan:

• Specific food allergies (nuts, dairy, soy, seafood, etc.)
• General dietary restrictions or religious requirements.
• Medical food limitations or metabolic conditions.

Diet Lab UAE will not be held responsible or carry any legal liability for undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, or physiological reactions.

10. Meal Collection & Pickup Policy

To maintain strict food quality, operational kitchen efficiency, and proper metabolic scheduling for all subscribed clients:

• Meal plan clients are **not permitted** to place daily call orders for kitchen preparation or spontaneous manual collection from our physical hubs.
• Meals are compiled and scheduled strictly in accordance with your registered profile and scheduled delivery path.
• Last-minute pickup or daily preparation requests will not be accepted.
• Clients must adhere exclusively to the approved delivery timings and meal structures. Any custom pickup arrangements will only be considered upon prior, formal approval from Diet Lab Management.

11. Terms of Website Use

By accessing and navigating the Diet Lab UAE digital platforms (website and associated ordering dashboards), you agree to respect the following operational codes:

• Permitted Use: You agree to utilize our website strictly for lawful purposes. Prohibited behaviors include executing denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, distributing malware or viruses, attempting unauthorized access to database systems, or engaging in scraping and automatic data mining without clear corporate authorization.
• Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, images, typography, UI graphics, and software solutions displayed on the Diet Lab UAE domain are the exclusive intellectual property of Diet Lab and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade dress regulations. No portion of this site may be duplicated, commercialized, or distributed without clear management consent.
• Profile Security: Subscribed customers are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their portal credentials and password elements. Diet Lab will not be held liable for unauthorized access stemming from client-side security omissions.
• Technical Liability: While we endeavor to offer 24/7 high-speed navigation, we do not warrant that our servers will be completely uninterrupted, lag-free, or exempt from temporary maintenance updates.
